A taste and sound experience
A landscape to look at, listen to and eat is deployed at the restaurant la gourmandise.
The soil is not an inert matter on which we stand, but a world in constant interaction, complex and organised, fertile and nourishing, microscopic and mineral, which gives birth to terroirs.
Each plate is a unique piece, shaped from samples of soil from the 7 small agricultural regions of the Yonne and papier-mâché, then varnished.
This "soil", in complex and unexpected flavours, is tasted, to the sound of underground life coming out of ceramic sculptures.
