After a tour of the facilities at the orangery, we set off in the rain to explore some of Chamarande's soils with Céline Basset from the Blue soil farm. Using soil samples, Céline Basset showed us the vital importance of healthy soil. Microscopes allow us to see what's going on beneath our feet.
