New Thétis caves

In collaboration with the gardens of Versailles and its gardeners, the CM2 class from the Pershing school in Versailles was invited to design new Thetis caves.
Produced in collaboration with La Maréchalerie, an art centre in Versailles.

The pupils photographed poses of Apollo holding the sun. The grottoes, made of plants, have their interiors lined with frescoes of recycled plastic, echoing the natural/artificial assembly of garden constructions.
Project exhibited in a grove at the Château de Versailles in 2012.
