Sampling from February to May 2024
Installation of portraits of different soils taken from 2km4 and their associated plants over the seasons. Chromatography technique: solution rising by capillary action on a filter prepared with silver nitrate and thus becoming photosensitive. The chemical and organic compounds in the flowers and soil react with the paper.
Cloches made of paper-clay with the soil taken from the path included.

Winogradsky columns
Russian biologist, 1856-1953. Work in progress, in collaboration with Ludwig Jardillier, microbiologist, ESE. Samples taken in May 2024, in the forest pond (edge and middle), in the nearby wetland and in the drain at the foot of the IDEEV.

Principle enabling the construction of a stratified mini ecosystem by making visible the different zones of the microbial world, through the different bacteria present according to their sources of energy. The soil microflora is seen as the work of a "self-managing collective", wThe life of this system results from the interactions between these organisms.

Plants move through the air and soil, and seek out water. We are 65% water, but we stand above the soil and water. What links us to these environments is that we too are a living environment for micro-organisms. Like the soil, water and plants, we are a microbiome. However, we know very little about the individuals that inhabit these environments. Initially, I propose to see them, to recognise them, by making printed motifs for a light installation in situ and for a shared practice workshop.

This is the starting point for a future project, to try to find resonant relationships (Hartmut Rosa) between these environments.
