On the tables are black ceramic “mushrooms” from which emerge the sounds of invertebrate movements in different soil samples: listen to the earth. A healthy earth is a living earth, and therefore one that makes noise.
The earth is also the terroir, the place where the plants we eat grow. Around the sandstones, a landscape unfolds, with textures and colors reminiscent of these fertile soils.
Everyone is invited to choose a bowl to take home with them. These bowls have been made in advance during participatory workshops. Then, guests come along to taste these preparations with their fingers, without information, to rediscover the flavours of the plants that grow in the area. Preparations are made in collaboration with various people from the world of cooking.
